Proactive Installation and Set-up Support

Typically, if you experience difficulties in installing a new server product, you have to call your vendor for help and the vendor reacts to your problem. At Net Integration Technologies, we provide proactive support to all of our Approved Reselling Partners. Proactive support means that within 24 to 48 hours a Net Integration customer support specialist will call your Approved Reselling Partner to make sure that he or she has been able to successfully install and set-up your new Nitix software or Net Integrator server. If your Approved Reselling Partner has been experiencing difficulties, the specialist will help him resolve those difficulties.

Software Assurance is a comprehensive customer care package that includes: Operating system software maintenance and connection to our DynamicDNS service. Every version of Nitix includes one year of Software Assurance coverage. One and two-year Software Assurance extensions are also available.

Organizations wanting to host their own e-mail, FTP, and/or web sites traditionally require static IP addresses, which can be expensive, difficult to obtain, and in some areas simply unavailable. Nitix's DynamicDNS technology allows dynamic IP addresses to perform as if they are static. DynamicDNS ensures high-availability for all of Nitix's web-based services.

DynamicDNS is an essential companion to our unique DoubleVision technology. Should one of your Internet connections ever fail, DoubleVision will automatically switch all of your web traffic onto your back up line(s), and DynamicDNS will ensure that all of your web-based services remain available.

Express Hardware Replacement

If you suspect that your Net Integrator server is experiencing a hardware problem, please contact your Net Integration Technologies Approved Reselling Partner.

Within 24 business hours of verifying a hardware problem, Net Integration Technologies' customer care department will courier replacement* parts/server to your Approved Reselling Partner, via two-day express service. Net Integration Technologies will pay for both the cost of shipping the replacement unit, and the cost of shipping the defective unit back to us.

* A security deposit may be required for advanced component/server replacement. If the product being returned is incomplete (components/parts are missing or the original component parts have been replaced with third party components) or the product is damaged during return shipment, due to improper or negligent packaging, Net Integration Technologies will retain all or a portion of your security deposit.
